How to Make the Perfect Cup: The Age Old Coffee-to-Water Ratio Question

I hate it when I buy great coffee and then mess up the coffee-to-water ratio and get a watered down coffee like tea!

Whether you like your coffee extra strong or just right….here is the ratio we use at Parcel Coffee.  Drum roll please…

The Coffee to Water Ratio:

2 Tablespoons per 6 ounces of water

And if that wasn’t a good enough rule of thumb, the Specialty Coffee Association of America recommends

55 grams of coffee per 1 Liter of Water
